AVOID AT ALL COSTS! TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE! Super rude from the start, no manners, basically barbarians. We sat down at 19:45 and ordered 2 entrées and a Côte à l’os. After a while they told us that there was enough meat left for only one person and all the meat choices were finished. We then had to change our first choice but, at 21:30 we were still not served. When I got to the counter to enquire about it and to tell them that almost 2 hours of wait were a bit excessive, the man in charge threw the napkin he had in his hands towards me and said very arrogantly “and what do you want me to do about it?”. To which I calmly pointed out that that was not a nice way to approach a customer. As a result he started being aggressive and getting more rude by the second. His wife (i think…) had to intervene to calm him down and told him that she would have handled it since he was clearly unable to interact with another human being. As a result, 2 hours later we left, AS OTHER TABLES DID! without eating anything else apart from the entrées. The entrées tasted good I must say, although I’ve been sick during the night and I am still not doing great (I don’t know if it’s because of their food but it was the only thing we ate that day except for a simple sandwich for lunch). BEWARE: they don’t tell you anything in advance, nor if there is a long wait nor if they basically have nothing left in the menu. The food was delicious and fresh. (Only the person opening the oysters had a bad day or was new - nearly all of our 18 oysters had parts of the shell inside).
Otherwise the food was of great quality and very well cooked, which makes the higher price range justifiable.
We had poached eggs and oysters as starter, seizures and entrecôte and some dessert. All very tasty and nicely presented. (Oysters are not on the menu, but if it’s offered within a menu, you can also order it separately. )
The staff was partly young and seemed not too experienced sometimes. But this was compensated by the staff being very friendly and engaged. In addition the owner(?) / manager passes by several times to make sure everything was as expected. (Only the oysters - see above - seemed not to be such an issue. This was the only disappointment in the overall picture as that was really an annoyance after the first ones. But as said - that was probably an exception. )

Don't offer anything as compensation. Then they can't accept 2 visa or master card. Bank account or credit card. Then say to you your bank card is a credit card. Unbelievable service.
