Friendly staff, who tried to described the pastries, although we don’t really speak French. We personally find it quite irritating, when no price tag is displayed to the parties. And it turned out, 5 Euro for the lemon tart, 6 euro for the chocolate cake, 3.5 euro for the cherry pie. We were very surprised by the price. It’s about 50%-80% more expensive than usual. The lemon tart and chocolate cake were good, but ordinary. The quality doesn’t not really justify the high price. The cherry pie was pretty disappointing. The cherry stuffing was sour but good, the pastry itself rather underwhelming.

Above average pastries for Belgium standards, but if we are comparing to French pastries they are average. Overall, still recommend this place to everyone who is staying in Bouillon.

Le patron et son épouse étaient super sympas et bien agréables... Nous avons pris 2 desserts... Délicieux... De la gastronomie.... Nous avons aussi eu l'occasion de goûter aux croissants "frangipane".... Et pains briochés.... Miam... Bravo....

Il s'agit incontestablement de la meilleure boulangerie de la région !

Certains clients évoquent des prix légèrement plus élevés que la moyenne, mais cela se justifie pleinement : les produits sont fabriqués sur place, de manière artisanale, avec des ingrédients de qualité. Il est tout à fait légitime de payer un peu plus pour un savoir-faire authentique et des préparations maison.

À titre d'exemple, les pains au chocolat sont garnis de véritables barres de chocolat Côte d'Or — un gage de qualité rarement égalé.

Lorsque la boulangerie Legrand est fermée, il m’est particulièrement désagréable de devoir me tourner vers les deux autres établissements de Bouillon, qui proposent des produits industriels, préfabriqués et simplement réchauffés.
