Bouillon was recommended to us as a charming destination by staff at a cafe where we had lunch about an hour away. The town is very lovely, set on a river where you can rent paddle boats, etc. Ancient castle is situated up on a hill above the town. Many of the small hotels in town were booked (Hotel de la Poste looked especially nice); so we ended up at Hotel Mont Blanc.||This tiny little hotel (I think only 7 rooms) had obviously been recently remodeled. Room and bath were very, very tiny (think more like Paris) but immaculate and everything was functional. Location was perfect for strolling along the river and walking around town (not a very big town). Young couple who appeared to be proprietors were the only desk and kitchen staff. Room with double bed was 79 Euros including a very nice continental breakfast.||Other stuff: I speak French, so we were okay, but they did not seem to speak much if any English. We ate dinner at their restaurant and had a very good meal. Parking is only on-street parking, but we were lucky to get a spot right across the street...
