Avoid - because of the Service only! The chef cooking was nice and the food was decent. The owner, a lady 'welcoming' us and serving makes us feel very uncomfortable (she acts consent annoyed - never a smile on her face). At the end of the meal, I very kindly mention that one of the beef cut was not fresh and we did not eat it - but I specifically insist about the fact that (1) I will be paying the full bill and (2) I prefer to give direct feedback to help rather than go complain on internet with bad review. This was supposed to stop there, with a smile and an appreciation for the feedback provided. No, that lady decided to go on and fight - she was furious about the comment and she started to be so rude at me. She made a drama in front of other customers. This is very consistent with her overall attitude: she should never be facing customers - or may have had a very bad day. Therefore, while I was never planning to do so, I'm writing this review now given the real lack of respect for customers. I insist that the Chef was respectful and other dishes were okay. Just beware if you ever wish to make the 'gift' of providing kindly and politely a feedback in this place...

EDITED - after the lies in the response from the owner: We NEVER expected any commercial refund and we specifically clarified this was not about money but to help them. We insisted on paying the full bill several times when the lady lost her control. We NEVER 'blackmailed' and the other way around, mentioned we mentioned this was direct feedback as we feel it is more helpful for them than going online. The lady simply DID NOT LISTEN nor understand anything. She absolutely got every good intention wrong and made a drama. Listening...

Nous sortons du restaurant Fuji. Nous venons de Namur.. nous avons fait la route jusque là juste pour ce resto. Et nous la referont avec plaisir!!! Nous sommes 100% repus mais pas lourds! Un repas excellent! Et des prix abordables! Nous avons pris le dernier menu de la carte (je ne sais plus le nom..)(pour min. 4couverts).. nous étions 6 de 15 à 52 ans. Nous en avons eu pour tous les goûts et toutes les tailles d'estomac :P. Nous avons commencé par un apéro au litchi excellent! Puis un assortiment de sushis/makis.. très bons! Avec pour ceux qui ne savaient pas manger avec des baguettes, un petit court sur leur utilisation! :D. Mais ils donnent également des couverts si qqun n'y arrive vmt pas.. nous avions pris en plus 8 makis saumon/thon/crabe/avocat/mangue/concombre (costauds et franchement excellents!). Et pour ceux qui aimaient moins les makis, nous avions également pris 5 scampis tempura (également très bons d'après les dires).. Ensuite, nous avons enchaîné avec un scampis et un morceau de saumon cuits devant nous! Avec un sauce à tomber par terre! Là, on a trouvé l'enchaînement un peu rapide.. :/. Mais on leur a demandé de freiner un tout petit peu le rythme et ils ont accepté sans problème! Ensuite nous avons eu une brochette Yakitori et une côtelette d'agneau, le tout caramélisé et à nouveau cuits devant nous façon tepanyaki! Un délice encore une fois! Puis nous avons finalement assisté à une démonstration de cuisson, un genre de mini show juste devant nous, de boeuf et d'agneau! Et de nouilles.. En nous demandant même quelle cuisson nous préférions pour nos viandes! :P. Et avec le fameux "jeté de nourriture dans la bouche du client" en plus!!! Nourriture et ambiance excellentes!! Pour finir sur une glace au thé vert et qqes fruits bien frais dans la bouche pour se rafraîchir! Un dessert divin par sa simplicité et son goût! Un accueil chaleureux avec le traditionnel kimono. We're confined right now in Belgium (corona-time, yeeeaaaah 🙄), which means that the dine-in restaurant will be closed, but from a previous experience I can say it is a very good Japanese restaurant. We had sushi and tempuras for entrances, and really enjoyed them. We went on to teppanyaki as a main dish. Everything was delicious, the show was fun and there is quite a wide selection of drinks. The only downside is that it's a bit of a wait to be served, but in my experience it's the same in most teppanyaki places. I was called about two weeks ago and informed that the restaurant now proposes take away. We haven't tried it yet...
