A beter and healthier alternative to those super sweet and mass production ice creams in the center of Brugge. I prefer to eat sorbet, special and original ice cream flavours. I also tried a super crunchy and tasty merengue with almonds, vanila ice cream in the middle and half covered with white chocolate. Super tasty. I chose strawberry ice cream with rhum and mokka. I talked to the owner/creator about his mid life career change and commitment to studying and overcoming the complexities of making superb ice cream. The quality of the ice cream here is outstanding.
