Read moreCame there several times and always dissapointed by the staff’s lack of empathy. Today, I went there with my 4 months old baby and 2 years old son. We sat in the garden. I went inside to order one scoop of ice-cream and an apple juice for him (there is no service in the garden) holding my baby and the toddler by the hand. I was told that we could not eat in the garden. I said ok we order here inside and eat on the terrace. Again I was told it was not possible, that I needed to sit down by the table and then make an order. When I said that I order now inside and we go to sit at that precise table visible from the restaurant window, I was told no. So we went to sit by the table and wait to order the ice-cream and the juice. The terrace was empty, there were 5 staff members working there and we waited 15 minutes before someone came to take our order. We got the juice 10 minutes later. The staff forgot about the ice-cream. Then they brought it in a dirty glass (see the picture) and my toddler was supposed to eat it with a soup spoon (how?). I requested one coffee spooon. It never arrived. We payed 8€ for one apple juice and a miserable tiny scoop of ice-cream in a dirty glass for which we had to wait nearly half an hour in an...
Read moreMy 3rd time there, and always disappointed with the bad customer service. The only reason I kept on going back, was the delicious food and the lovely setting and area. However for the price you pay, you expect atleast a minimum customer service.. I went today at off peak hour, around 5 where the restaurant is not fully busy. Had to wait a long time before a waiter came to take our order, ordered our lunch and desert. Guess what, when lunch arrived, the desert with ice cream came together!!!!!! Instead of apologising, the waiter came and said it's the Customer's fault!!! And we should have communicated it to him... I said, this is Common Sense period. Started eating, réalised we did not have plates to eat.. Call them again and they made us wait again... They did not set the table for us nothing. I believe this restaurant employs mostly student with zero training, they lack manners, they lack the basic skills of being waiters, they are not welcoming at all... I will not recommend this place to anybody. The bill came with 100 euros for 2 people, for this amount, I expect high standards of...
