Les Potes en Toque — Restaurant in Ganshoren

Had a pleasure to have a dinner at the restaurant last Saturday. The place itself is nice, although it was a bit noisy. The food is excellent, but apparently the restaurant has some problems with waiters. They did at least 3 mistakes... My friend asked martini white, they brought red, I had ordered «cabillaud» they brought salmon, then we asked «croquettes with shrimps», but instead of this got «croquettes de fromage». So... I wouldn’t advise you to order what you really would like to eat, apparently you will not get it)) But, if you will choose something totally different, just by accident, if you are lucky enough, you will get exactly what you wanted) We were a bit disappointed about the mistakes with food and etc, but anyway I would recommend...

One of the best in this area of Brussels. Amazing quality/price balance. An open kitchen, a professional staff. There is also a great selection of wine available. I recommend the menu with the glass of wine adapted for each plate. The dessert are home made and ice centric. The staff is really taking care of you. I would not recommend this place with kids. The venue is fantastic and perfectly clean. Ideally 2 to 4 persons. The experience is not the same...

My husband and I came here during our honeymoon (he is French, raised in Belgium) and had of the most delicious meals we've ever had together. The fare is hearty and perfect, not too fussy but exquisitely done, with cheerful professional service in an elegant but cozy environment.
