Une belle découverte : accueil charmant, carte courte avec suggestions faisant la part belle aux produits de saison (le gibier en l'occurrence) recettes traditionnelles mais légères et très bien travaillées. Exemple: un rable de lièvre "arlequin" à la cuisson rosée parfaite, avec les accompagnements traditionnels mais exquis. Mention spéciale pour les croquettes de pommes de terre MAISON. Aussi rares que délicieuses. Et en dessert la meilleure crème brûlée que j'aie...

Zoals zo vaak: dergelijke goede brasserie (zie ook De Kaai) is nogal duur. Aperitief (amuses?) , voorgerecht, perfecte dubbele rog met (geruststellend voor een thuiskok) een vergrijsde puree, geen dessert, wel 1/2 fles wijn, water en koffie: 100 eur pp. Lang leve...
