Really highly recommended, read everything to understand why I recommend it. Since I'm Italian, some might think I'm good because We are from the same country . But I tell my humble truth that you can verify later . You can truly breathe Italian air, 80% of the workers are Italian, all very helpful and attentive to the customer. The owner is always attentive to customers and tries to please all guests . The fact that it's always full and it's difficult even to book shows the good quality that the place offers. The service is excellent, the food is truly Italian, all quality national products. The pasta is fresh and not packaged and this makes their product unique It is prepared fresh on the day and it is often possible to see the preparation live The dishes are very filling and the sauces and toppings really tasty. In addition, excellent home-made bread is offered (very special)In short, excellent value for money On the contrary, the price is very low for the quality of the products offered I really recommend it for those who like real Italian cuisine and who want to enjoy freshly...

Finally a place who knows how to cook pasta. Al dente how it should be.

I have to edit my review as sad as it is. We went three more times over a couple of months and the experience got progressively worse.

Positive: -I still love the pasta (without souce) -love the polpette -Atmosphere is nice

Negative -My favourite pasta was removed (amitriciana) -The new carbonara was not that good, mostly salty because of the bacon -At least with the carbonara the portion got noticeably smaller with the pasta having a large gap towards the bowl -When the restaurant is busy we always waited 1h+ and sometimes some people at the table got their pasta 10 min earlier than others -One of the staff handles criticism not optimally. My tiramisu was soggy to the point where it tasted like they put the bread in a glas of coffee for 10 minutes. The reaction was that it is supposed to be like that which I doubt.

Very strange that this restaurant is not getting a 5 star! The pasta is really like it should be simple ….but simply delicious! Pasta itself fresh,tasty and al dente! The choice is limited to very typical dishes, we had the burrata/cacio e pepe and the carbonara: all very well prepared and like they should be! The ones complaining: they don’t know how an italian pasta should be!!! We liked the concept of one pasta of the month. This triggers us to come back monthly! This month the open ravioli with duck was superb ❤️❤️❤️the restaurant itself could be better, however it is aswell respecting italian tradition: simple and bit kitch. Service was fast, friendly and correct. Prices are more than okay. In a very simple belgian brasserie currently a pasta bolognaise is 18 eur…here the pasta with burrata with fresh pasta only 14!!!
