Sann Albert - Knokke-Heist — Restaurant in Knokke-Heist

Food was ok but horrible staff. Empty restaurant which already tells something about it... Still we went in and ordered something to eat. Staff was unpolite, served our friends a soggy pasta and when collecting the dishes they dropped the cutlery on my friend's colleague without even apologizing. Incredible rude behaviour and definitely not worth paying the price. NEVER GOING BACK THERE. Ah and worth saying that initially they said that we couldn't seat outside and when we left they were actually serving people outside......

Firstly no complaints about my food. But - such an unfriendly and rude owner. Colleague asked for salad but not available and offered a Croque Monsieur instead. Okay, not that but can I have some fries? We only do fries with a meal. Can we sit on the terrace? No (no explanation as to why). When clearing the table he dropped a spoon on one of our group.
