Buffalo Moules — Restaurant in Knokke-Heist

DO NOT COME TO THIS PLACE!!!!!!! My friends and I had one of the worst experiences ever in this restaurant. The main problem was with one of the workers called DYLAN, an very inappropriate and misogynist person. When we requested vegetarian dishes instead of BBQ, he started to scream at us saying that "you should be lucky we got you a table!", yet the restaurant was empty.

This was only the start: the dishes came frozen, specially the carpaccio and the chicken of the cesar salad (which you pay more than 20eu for!!) and some of the meat. The tables around us still had all the dirty dishes from previous costumers and it was quite disgusting to eat around that.

They took more than an hour to serve a starter, and when we complained, he didn't even apologize for the delay, he spoke really bad to us and very unprofessional. We cancelled the order and we left. THE WORST COMES NOW:

Our husbands stay to finish the meat he brought because they had to pay 50eu EACH for that, incredibly expensive for such a bad quality and treatment. Then, DYLAN went to their table to literally say "these girls always so stressed, i hope at least you guys get this and that tonight" referring to inappropiate behaviour to specially tell to a client, as if women was the only thing we could do.

Dylan is the main problem of the restaurant. If you have a little decency, just don't go to this place. It was awful having to stand such a sxist and irrespecutful behaviour when we were just 8 friends wanting to have a nice evening. You could also see how the girls working in the restaurant were not aligned this guy. My friends and I had an incredibly disappointing dining experience at Buffalo Moules yesterday.

To start, we were a group of 9 (4 girls and 5 boys) but we had to seat separately, and the table of girls was clearly treated badly from the beginning by Dylan, he owner and the person who was attending us. Additionally, the carpaccio we ordered arrived frozen and one of the Caesar salad didn´t have any sauce and had chicken (which we said that we couldn´t eat). We also had to wait for more than an hour for the entrant big plate we ordered to share, featuring a mix of croquettes and fish. Despite bringing these issues to Dylan, we were met with dismissive responses and no apology whatsoever.

Furthermore, while our boyfriends ordered the pricey meat option, they received a disproportionately small portion for the price, and the sauce arrived late. What truly soured the entire experience, however, were Dylan's disrespectful comments directed at us throughout the evening. His inappropriate remarks, such as questioning where our boyfriends "got these girls from" and making vulgar insinuations, were not only unprofessional but downright offensive.

DO NOT COME HERE. Yesterday we were on the verge of calling the police after our dinner at Buffalo Moules due to sexist and completely inappropriate comments made by the waiter. We have never experienced anything like it before.

In addition to the exorbitant prices, a frozen beef carpaccio, receiving a second course after 45 minutes, while still waiting an hour for a starter that never arrived, ordering wine and receiving the bottle with only ONE glass and the waiter disappearing for 15 minutes (we were 10)… the waiter, a man named "Dylan," disrespected the women several times to the point of asking our husbands where they found us and making explicit sexual references "I hope tonight they do this and that to you," absolutely disgusting and out of context about us, simply for asking him for explanations after the poor service and food. Our husbands couldn't believe it.

When we confronted him, he used the excuse of having gotten up at 6 in the morning and not having stopped all day. He didn't even have the decency to apologize for what happened.
