I actually came here to have lunch with a friend. While waiting for a friend to arrive I decided to order an iced vanilla latte. The old lady who was serving me decided to get the card machine so I could pay for my order without asking if I’m still going to order anything else, before i was even done with my iced latte. I’m not sure if this is something that is common in the restaurant or in Belgium, but that did not make me feel okay. It made me feel like the lady thought i was going to dine and dash. It’s definitely no way to treat customers. If her shift was done, she could have told me to pay so she can cash out or that another waitress was going to take over, or could have asked if I was going to order anything else. Stop...

food was mid, service was so bad, didn't feel welcomed at all, the waitress came to our table to take our order and then just turned her head and left without saying anything before we could even order what we wanted. A while after another waitress came to get our order. After waiting for such a long time to try and get the waiters attention for the check, once we finally were able to ask they said they would give the check, ended up waiting over half an hour to get the check. very poor service, don’t waste your time coming here, absolutely...

We arrived shortly before 5 pm and the server greeted us shortly after we sat down. She noticed that we didn’t speak Dutch so she switched to English immediately. We didn’t have to wait long to place our order. Our drinks and food arrived also quickly. Normally I don’t expect much from a restaurant in a shopping mall but all our food was surprisingly tasty.
