I am extremely disappointed with my the experience at Masala Express tonight. While the food itself is excellent, the delivery service was completely unacceptable. I placed my order at 7:00 pm on uber eats, and according to the receipt on the package, first photo, the food was completed at 7:54 pm, but it was not delivered until 45 minutes later, arriving completely cold. I tried contacting the restaurant multiple times, but only the first call was answered. I was assured the delivery would take 10 minutes, but this was clearly not the case. The most frustrating is the complete lack of responsibility and respect for the customer. The restaurant chooses to use its own courier instead of Uber Eatsâ official delivery service, yet they failed to ensure a timely and professional experience. If a restaurant is going to handle its own deliveries, it should be done properlyânot in a way that leaves customers waiting for hours with no communication Itâs unfortunate because the food itself is great, but I cannot support a place that treats customers so poorly. I really sincerely hope the management takes this issue seriously and improves their delivery service. Until then, I will not be ordering...
