Pizza Hut Kortrijk — Restaurant in Kortrijk

Came with my family 45mins before closing and told that it was take away only as they’d closed dinning down, my wife asked if we it was possible to eat inside, staff member laughed at her, walked away from her and went to laugh with our staff who thought it was funny. The server decided to jump between French and English, so my family went to McDonalds downstairs instead and I ordered take out Margherita pizza, the lady then pretended to misunderstand me (very rude) and kept saying ‘menu’ to which I pointed to the pizza and said clearly ‘you want a Margherita’ whilst again laughing.

I was told 5mins, I went back 8 mins later and told another 5mins, then I went back again, and the pizza was brought to me and the server smiled and said as clear as day ‘Enjoy your pizza’ and then upon opening the box it was clearly burnt.

Joke of a place, staff very rude, attitude towards customers shocking, if this is a Pizza Hut owned or franchise store, to the manager, clear out your staff, their miserable and make the place look bad. We came in at approx. 9:15pm on...

We stopped here in the hope to get a quick bite, but... We had to wait 5 minutes before anyone showed up to assign is a table. By then there were already 5 groups waiting. Then the it took forever before we saw a waiter, it took forever to get a menu, to get food. The toilets were also really dirty!! When we wanted to pay, I had to wait again for 5 minutes before anyone showed up, there was a line of 7 people who wanted to pay!!!! We could have perfectly left without paying, they probably would not have noticed. In the end it took us almost 2 hours to eat 1 course. Luckily we didn't have to catch a movie. Not ideal with 2 kids under 5 though.

Most disappointing meal of my life. After paying 20 euros for a size of pizza that would cost 5 euros anywhere else we sat down to eat. The “meat” looked like dogfood, but at least dogfood tastes like something (this didn’t). The white tasteless paste they called cheese didn’t taste of angthing, nor did the barbeque sauce. The only thing that on the whole “pizza” that tasted like anything were the onions that were somehow completely raw. I was starving when we got there but could not eat more than two slices.
