La Charbonnade — Restaurant in Liège

What a place!!!!! Been Here friday Last week with a friend. The Atmosphere, the smell, the Sound of the Open fire is very welcoming from the start. Very tasty local Beer on Tap, appetizers to start with. Very commited and welcoming staff. The quality of the dishes and the do-your-own bbq at your table were quite an experience already, but the more than authentic owner was the icing on the cake and the best start we could wish for at our first night Out in Liege. It is one of the best steak restaurant I have visited in France, Belgium and Luxembourg. The service is very nice we explained to the chef what we like and what we do not like and he treuly listen to all our wishes and served us everything we liked. Bravo à toute l'équipe. Hier 1/12/2017 j'avais réservé 2 places Au Comédie en Ile pour aller déguster un spectacle de ZIDANI. Les portes ouvrent à 19h30. Pour me sustenter avant le spectacle, je réserve 2 places à la CHARBONADE pour 18 heures. Venant de Namur, je suis prix dans un embouteillage monstre dû selon toute vraisemblance à la gréve des TECS ( bravo à la FGTB que je ne félicite pas). Résultat, j'arrive à 18h35 et d'autres clients attendent d'être servi.. J'informe le patron et l'équipe que je suis très pressé et toute l'équipe se met en route rien que pour moi. 10 minutes après mon arrivée, les charbonades de bœuf sont servies. Je ne puis boire les petits verres que l'on m'offre gentiment au comptoir lors du règlement de l'addition mais le contrat est rempli et je sors à 19h30 ayant mangé avec un lance-pierre.
