This restaurant is an experience. It is a Bib Gourmand restaurant which means that it serves exceptional food at an affordable price, this is definitely true. All the food we had was phenomenal. All courses from amuse to dessert and even the bread was exceptional. The use of flavours was very well done, I can highly recommend both the lamb (main course) and the valrhona chocolate (dessert). The atmosphere of this place is also amazing, thanks to the beautiful decor and the great service. Wij hebben hier gegeten op aanraden van de gastvrouwen van hotel Amitié. Het begon een beetje stroef bij binnen komst. Maar naarmate de eerste gerechten op tafel kwamen kan ik alleen maar zeggen perfect! Smaken waren in balans geen van de ingrediënten overheerste elkaar. Maar vulde mekaar juist aan. Ik zelf kijk nooit zo naar de wijnen en laat mij altijd verrassend door de keuze van de gastheer of gastvrouw in het restaurant voor de juiste bijpassende wijn bij de gerechten. En in dit geval heeft de gastvrouw mij totaal verrast met de keuze, ook dit in balans met de gerechten. De twee gastvrouwen deden erg hun best en waren zonder twijfel oplettend en oprecht vriendelijk precies op het juiste moment aan tafel komen is een kunst.
