I recently had the pleasure of dining at Bistro Le Nord in the heart of West Vlaanderen, and it was an unforgettable experience. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with warm smiles and excellent hospitality by the host team and owners, Dimi and Kelly.

The atmosphere of the restaurant was absolutely stunning. The beautiful setting, with its cozy decor, instantly made me feel at ease. The attention to detail in every aspect of the restaurant's design was truly impressive.

But what truly stole the show at Bistro Le Nord was the food prepared by Chef Steven. Every dish that came out of the kitchen was a work of art. 5 stars are not enough to express how happy I am about this place. You smell see and feel enthusiasm in making your stay as perfect as possible. You feel how much they want to make you happy about everything they can!!!! I am vegan and they didn't hesitate on the second day to make me find soya milk for breakfast. So just ask them before you arrive, they won't let you down! Breakfast is great, made by them, very tasty bread and home made jam.. they just want you to enjoy it! In my room, the top one, everything was just in such a symphony of style. Everything was well thought to cuddle you. A rainshower with a also a normal part, and a soft carpet waiting for you at the exit. A bath big enough for two people. Two washbasins. Everything you need for the bathroom was there. Three towels, a bathrobe on the bed with slippers. An air conditioner, windows with both opaque and transparent curtains or no courtains at all for max light in. A fridge to put your own drinks, a Nespresso machine with some cups. ISB chargers on the side of the bed, lights controllable almost everywhere from the bed, reading lights, I could not ask more than that... It was simply perfect: cuddly, comfortable, silent, relaxing... great jobs there, I am...
