Very disappointed in this experience. We were chastised for asking for no sauce for our children and requesting specific needs for ourselves. Despite asking for our specific dietary needs, the cook came out and chastised us for "coming to a burger places and not wanting it the way it was on the menu"

I understand the frustration if we didn't tell the server up front EXACTLY what we didn't want. But to be served what the kitchen thought we needed... and then fussed at for being confused... it was not an experience I've come to expect. Yes my kids are picky but come on. L'accueil le plus désagréable que je n ai connu depuis très longtemps. Notre mauvaise expérience a déjà debuté hors de l établissement lorsque nous avons salué un Mr occupé à charger la food remorque et meme pas une reponse. Nous avons mis cela sur le compte de sa concentration. Lorsque nous avons franchi la porte, rebelote, je vous le donne en 1000... pas de réponse à notre bonjour. De plus la dame affichait un sourire digne de la souffrance d un accouchement. Étant donné que nous ne sommes pas germanophones, nous avons demandé s il y avait des sandwiches et cette désagréable dame s est contenté de nous montrer d un signe nonchalant la liste.
