No flexibility whatsoever on the menu. If you have any specific dietary requirement, this place will unfortunately not be right for you. If you ask them to take 'one' ingredient off, they will firmly answer 'no' and they will not offer you any alternative.

So, all things are pre-prepared and, in case you have the need for something different, they will not do anything new or different - they will not even propose to make you a new piadina, which takes 5 seconds to make and it's not a Masterchef recipe!

'Feel at home' feeling? Well yes, if your home is rather chaotic and if in your home you feel like that nothing of what you ask is actually done - wrong orders, delays, no flexibility at all.

If you do like being in a nice place, where you can have (slowly) a dish, then this is fine. The setting is cute.

If you like some flexibility and care about customer service, not the place for you. They are rather dismissive and defensive, rather than constructive, which is a shame!

Gorgeous place inside Josaphat Park If your are looking for a great place to eat, drink a coffee, tea or beer...That’s THE PLACE! The menu is simple and delicious... The prices are great for the portion of food that you got. The staff is just AMAZING!! The atmosphere is really great... the people who work there, have always a smile. Family & children friendly... Bike parking aside... Possibility to use the outdoors space and enjoy the great view... I HIGHLY...
