Terrible service. They put the "Closed" sign straight up in our face and when I asked them to open the window just to have a word, they turned their back and left me knocking. As I insisted, the old lady kept screaming and gesticulating from inside "It's closed, it's closed!" And would leave me speaking in front of a closed window. She couldn't care less when I told her how rude that was and that she was just loosing us as clients - she just cried "Au revoir!!". Hard to explain to my 5 yo such a rude behaviour. Mijn go to ijssalon in Schaarbeek. Zowel de ijsjes als de wafels zijn heel lekker. De sorbets zijn allemaal lactose-vrij en er is zelfs de mogelijkheid om een doosje van hun zelfgemaakt ijs mee te nemen voor in je eigen vriezer. Bij mooi weer durft er weleens een lange file te staan, maar ik heb hier nooit langer dan 10min moeten aanschuiven. Mijn favoriete sorbets: tropical en citroen.

This place have the best ice cream in Brussels, hands down. All their ice cream is made on the premises and their recipes are their own, no artificial flavours. Everyone working there is friendly and lovely to talk to.
