Management really dreadful and no importance for customer and did not even apologies (food is nice though)

What more can I say than the fact that they destroyed our Eid dinner. Arrived around 7:30pm were told to wait even though we had called 3 times to ask if we have to make a reservation. Unfortunately they do not have a simple reservation system over the phone which you would expect.

A waitress told us to wait so we did until 9pm. We asked and confirmed that we were next in line and she said yes. Afterwards a group of people came and took the big table. When enquired about this she said, sorry I don't manage the tables. After waiting another 30-40 mins, we got a table 🎉🎉

We made an order and turns out it was finished, we changed the order. At last we were told "we don't have anything except sandwiches". If you know you cannot provide food to customers then don't make them wait!

What was meant to be a nice family Eid Dinner was ruined because of bad management. The food is nice and I have been there before but the management is really really awful! They could have just said sorry we are full so we could have gone somewhere else but we waited until all restaurants...

This is what I call “finally I’m eating😅” no offence to other restaurants, but this was the most delicious kebap I ate in Belgium. The meat was so delicious, fresh and juicy. Ayran was refreshing, next time I’m gonna order again. The service was top, everything was served on time and in a very aesthetic way, which I adore a lot!

I was dying to try Turkish coffee, and it was same as the main dish 10/10! Thanks guys for the hospitality and delicious food. This place was highly recommended by my Turkish friends, and I’m glad it met my expectations. Now it’s my turn to share nice spot of great kebap with my other...

4 yetişkin ve 3 çocukla güzel ve keyifli ızgaralar yiyelim dedik lakin bizim için sınıfta kaldılar! Çok kalabalık olmasına rağmen önce anlayışla karşıladık yemeklerin geç gelmesini. Çorbalar sıcak ve vaktinde geldi ve gayet güzeldi lakin mercimek çorbasından uzun bir saç çıkana kadar!!! Çok tiksindik ve hatta kalkmayı düşündük ama yine anlayış gösterip olsun ızgaralar öyle değildir dedik oturmaya devam ettik. Lakin ana yemeklerden önce kızarmış patatesler geldi biberli lavaşlar geldi bitti lakin yine yemekler gelmedi. Tam tamına 40 dakika ana yemek bekledik. Çocuklarımızdan birinin yine yemeği gelmedi. Ortalık savaş alanına döndü. İçerde yer olmamasına rağmen hala müşteri almaya devam ettiler. Yemek yiyenlerin yanına sandalye koyup beklettiler. Oturanlar yemek yiyenlere bakar… çocukların üstünden çay servis edilir. Diğer yemekler bir saat sonra gelir. Rezillik diz boyuydu. Gelen ana yemekleri soğuk olmasına rağmen getirdikleri salatalar hiç taze değildi. Başkasından artmış salatayı harmanlayıp önümüze konuşmuş gibiydi.getirdikleri ayranlar döküle döküle masamıza konuldu. Çok ama çok kötüydü. Bu kötü deneyim için 145 euro...
