Usually we come each year to buy chocolate and we are very satisfied, however today I felt very humiliated. The lady that attended us was very disrespectful I can't understand why she did that. Really it was not necessary, usually when we where previously attended we had such an amazing experience that we decided to make it a routine to purchase, but no more !!! after the shameful reaction of the attendet - I'm disappointed 😔. As if she did not wanted us to be there. Especially on this occasion we hoped for a bit of politeness... if you read this know that you ruined everything. We wanted to gift our children to bring at least a little smile on their faces and you ruined...

Visiting the Lindt chocolate shop in Belgium was a truly delightful experience. The staff were incredibly welcoming and provided excellent service, going above and beyond to help me find exactly what I was looking for.
