Disappointing customer service and return policy at Finac store Brussel!!
I recently purchased a laptop as a gift for someone, but they did not like it and I returned the item within 30 minutes, with the original packaging and invoice untouched. However, I was informed by the store staff that I could not receive a refund and was forced to accept a gift voucher instead.
While I understand that the store has a return policy, I was disappointed with the customer service I received and the inflexibility of the return policy. As a customer, I believe that anyone who returns an item within the specified return period and in its original condition should be entitled to a refund.
I recommend that the management team review the store's return policy and train the staff to meet customer expectations and provide better service in situations like this. It is important for businesses to prioritize good customer service and to treat customers with respect and empathy.
