Disappointing customer service and return policy at Finac store Brussel!!

I recently purchased a laptop as a gift for someone, but they did not like it and I returned the item within 30 minutes, with the original packaging and invoice untouched. However, I was informed by the store staff that I could not receive a refund and was forced to accept a gift voucher instead.

While I understand that the store has a return policy, I was disappointed with the customer service I received and the inflexibility of the return policy. As a customer, I believe that anyone who returns an item within the specified return period and in its original condition should be entitled to a refund.

So it is on the top floor of City 2. There is a small cafe (never tested!) At the entrance you can buy your concert tickets (which are cheaper elsewhere than if you buy online) and you can make your card adhering Fnac.

So for those who do not know the fnac, there are advisers to each section, ha yes we find all the sections: p Genre music, film, video games, board games all kinds of books ... well there There is too much!

And they are too kind advisers we can see that they know they are their specialties, frankly each time they are a great help!

Huge selection of books, electronics, videos and games. I'd give a higher rating but unfortunately the service especially in the books section is abysmal - they tend to be snooty and behave as if they have better things to do that answer customer queries. They also are very unhelpful. When I tried to see if they could order a book for me they looked it up and said it did not appear on their system (and behaved as it was my fault) The second time I came with the ISBN and still no luck. Total lack of interest. And then they wonder why people buy via Amazon. The IT / computer guys are a little bit better. the best I have come across is the camera section.
