I was on a short break to Brussels with my family and we decided to have a light dinner at this restaurant. We got their at around 9pm we ordered from the menu the waiter seemed not to happy as we ordered 4 main meals and 2 15inc pizza between 4 adults and 3 children’s by looking at the facial expression of the waiter he didn’t seem very happy he expected us to order a main dish each. After ordering the food the food was served pretty quickly which we was happy with and the food was well Presented and it was tasty. When we finished our eating I asked for the bill a hand written bill was presented to us when I went to the till to pay the person who was at the till Was the chef and I think he may be the boss. I gave my card to pay he said he cannot take card machine as the card machine does not work and demanded cash. I told him the bill is 115 euro and I only have 100 euro cash and I needed to have some cash on me for my trip he insisted I pay him 100 cash the rest of the balance in card I didn’t argue him I paid him 100 euro cash and balance of 15 euro in card. He was lying with me He first said the card machine doesn’t work and than the same person take 15 euro card payment from me I understand why he was doing that it was because he wanted to avoid paying tax on that bill my point is why do this to visitors who are visiting the country it sends a wrong single to people. Amazing Turkish food! Found this place by walking around. The restaurant staff is friendly and helped us to find the right dishes. We ordered chicken shish and nazik chicken with lentil soap and Turkish salad. The soap came out first with bread and Turkish salad plates. The soap tasted fresh, warm, and delicious. The Turkish salad was completely fresh. Food also came out in the next 10 minutes. The portion sizes are huge. The food tasted fresh and absolutely delicious. Nazik chicken is served with rice, fresh salad, onions, and chicken on a layer of yogurt mixed with aubergines. Chicken shish includes rice, salad, yogurt, and bread. We also ordered Turkish chai, which came with complimentary sweets. The food quality is amazing with huge portion sizes. The service is also excellent where the staff is helpful and courteous.
