Asiana — Restaurant in Ternat

I've been going to this place for 5 years and i used to recommend it to my friends and relatives. Over the last 2 years i've seen the quality of the food degrade a lot. I don't know if they hired a new chef or if my tastebuds evolved, but it's bad, to the point where i'm avoiding going there. The other day, we didn't feel like cooking and everything else was closed... so we gave them another go. I wish we ate at home instead.

All the dishes taste the same, are caked in gelatin... and they even put a ton of cooked lettuce (!) in all of them, even if it doesn't go along. The bami goreng is stale and tasteless. The beef, chicken and fish are chewy, surely defrosted. No way a restaurant where we dine alone and with a menu of hundred dishes can have fresh meat and produce.

AFRADER!! Wij hadden om 18u een bestelling geplaatst voor bezorging, die zou geleverd worden om 19u30 (wat op zich al lang is voor een restaurant dat op amper 5 minuten rijden ligt). Om 20u00 hadden we nog niets ontvangen, dus belden we naar het restaurant, voicemail. Verschillende keren (7x )gebeld zonder resultaat tot we uiteindelijk om 21u00 beslist hebben om zelf naar het restaurant te rijden. Daar aangekomen zijden ze doodleuk, oh het gaat nog even duren hoor, zeker een half uur (er zat ook maar 8 man in het restaurant zelf). We wachten in het restaurant, bijna een uur en de bestelling was klaar. 4 uur gewacht dus het was 22u voordat we konden beginnen eten. ONAANVAARDBAAR!! Als we de verantwoordelijke hierover aanspraken, ging ze direct in de aanval, en van excuses was al helemaal geen sprake. De smaken waren dan ook niet wat je van een chinees restaurant verwacht. ZEKER NIET VOOR HERHALING VATBAAR!! Het is het volgens ons niet waardig dat dit restaurant blijft bestaan, misschien de voedsel inspectie eens opbellen, het zou niet lang meer duren... In elk geval zijn ze er in geslaagd onze avond...
