In a world obsessed by novelty, it becomes more and more difficult to find things that do not quickly change over time. Brussels based restaurant, le “PSYLOPHONE” is one of those rare places that seems frozen in time.

Exact same tables, same decoration, same menu (really) in the same plastic sleeves, same huge stove, same atmosphere since at least 25-30 years, when we would meet there with my fellow Boy Scouts leaders to prepare our next adventures. Pushing the door on a rainy winter night wraps you up with a reassuring feeling strangely close to that of coming home.
