I recently had the pleasure of dining at Hanoi Restaurant in Brussels, where I was transported on a culinary journey through the vibrant flavors of Vietnamese cuisine. This hidden gem offers an authentic and cozy atmosphere that makes you feel instantly at home.

Upon arrival, I was warmly welcomed by the friendly staff, who were eager to share their passion for traditional Vietnamese dishes. The menu featured a wide variety of options, but I decided to indulge in their mixed meat Pho and succulent duck spring rolls.

The mixed meat Pho was an absolute delight, with a rich and aromatic broth that was both comforting and flavorful. The tender slices of meat, delicate rice noodles, and fresh herbs melded together beautifully, creating a symphony of taste that left me craving more. The accompanying plate of bean sprouts, lime, and Thai basil allowed me to customize the dish to my personal preference, adding an extra layer of depth and freshness.

What an amazing manager, culture and company policy! After a bad experience (below) the Hanoi Station manager reached out the next day with proper and professional treatment. This move showcases the owner's love for their restaurant and their passion for great service. As lovers of Hanoi Station's food and service this far, my wife and I will be happy to continue going back and enjoying a warm plate of Pad Thai and fried rice.

Past experience: Saturday 09/06/2022 lunch time shift the lady waitress was highly rude and offensive because we enquired why there's such a delay and people after us are being served the same dishes that we ordered. The waitress yelling and with nervousness she claimed that we had 3 dishes (please note we had 2 mains and 1 entre). After 10 min another couple ordered 5 dishes (4 mains and 1 entre) and got served within 15min. There would be no issue with the delay, but the irony and aggressiveness of the waitress in front of the whole restaurant was a horrible experience. This type of people DO NOT deserve their jobs, when there is high unemployment of qualified personnel. This was the worse experience of service I've ever had in my life, and simply because we enquired why there was such a delay, and people after us with larger orders where being served. However, the food was as always great and tasty, so kudos...

Once our favorite restaurant in Woluwe Saint Lambert but will 100% NEVER come back again. Confirmed while ordering and receiving the dishes twice that our food should not contain peanut but found at least TWO peanuts in the end. My 4-year old boy started to have allergic reactions and we complained directly to 3 ladies from the restaurant but none of them do anything responsively and responsibly, but telling us we can take medicine or go to the hospital afterwards (?). Allergy is a crucial and life & death topic, should not be treated so unprofessionally and indifferently. Luckily we had the medicine with us and gave our boy directly after leaving the restaurant. NEVER come back to the restaurant again because they don’t know how to react and...
