I recently visited Restaurant Remember and had the opportunity to try their pasta dish. Here's my review:
Ambience: The ambience of Restaurant Remember was charming and elegant. The warm lighting and tasteful decor created a welcoming and cozy atmosphere. The tables were nicely spaced, allowing for a comfortable dining experience.
Service: The service at Restaurant Remember was excellent. The staff was attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable about the menu. They promptly greeted me upon arrival and ensured that I had everything I needed throughout my meal. The waitstaff was helpful in providing recommendations and accommodating special requests.
Pasta Dish: The pasta dish I ordered was truly delightful. The pasta was cooked to perfection, with a satisfying al dente texture. The sauce was rich, flavorful, and well-balanced, complementing the pasta beautifully. The portion size was generous, and the dish was garnished with fresh herbs, adding an extra touch of freshness. The combination of ingredients worked harmoniously together, creating a memorable and delicious pasta experience.
Presentation: The pasta dish was presented elegantly, with a visually appealing arrangement. The colors were vibrant, and the plate was garnished with a sprinkle of grated cheese and a drizzle of olive oil. It was evident that attention was given to the presentation, enhancing the overall dining experience.
Value for Money: Considering the quality of the dish, the prices at Restaurant Remember were reasonable. While it wasn't the most affordable option, the portion size, taste, and overall dining experience justified the cost.
Conclusion: Restaurant Remember provides a delightful dining experience with its charming ambience, excellent service, and delicious pasta dish. Whether you're seeking a romantic dinner or a cozy meal with friends, this restaurant is worth a visit. I would highly recommend trying their pasta dish for a satisfying and enjoyable...
Read moreAnother beautiful pearl with a European menu on the map of Brussels! The interiors are very cosy and vintage with striking resemblance of a bit poshy though welcoming cottage rural vibe. Not to mention the nice garden area that is just perfect on a sunny day!
The menu is simple with variable suggestions off the main card. A lot of Polish dishes served with a modern twist that makes it visually so appealing and elegant - you literally start eating with your own eyes. After the first piece of food lands in your mouth it only gets better and better. Tradition meets contemporary standards!
I had pierogi (aka Polish ravioli), stuffed cabbage with meat served with thick tomato sauce and mashed potatoes - both of them made me speechless, Thank you, Remember!
Don't hesitate to ask for non-obvious Polish aperitifs that are not that common in Belgium like mead, liquors - it brings the experience a notch higher.
The only thing that I would improve are desserts - menu is simple and suggestion was not my thing.
I hope to see this place flying high and become really must-visit restaurant spot in the capital!
Keep on going, Remember! Can't wait to...
Read moreVery good dining place. We returned to this place for the steak (« filet minon »). My partner thinks this is best steak in the town. I found that the shrimps and the sauce as starter were best shrimps I have had in Brussels or anywhere else. Also their salad side dish ( delicious cucumber, cherry tomatoes) to the steak is very delicious and the home made sauce too. So, all of food is very tasty. Oh and we also received a small little starter from the house (cheese cup). The price is very acceptable for the quality of food. The inside garden is very cosy and secluded. The personnel is smiling and attentive. The place was not crowded at all on Sunday evening so totally worth going back on this day...
