Domino's Pizza Ieper — Restaurant in Ypres

We have had very bad experiences ordering from this place. We've ordered for delivery twice to our workplace but the person came 40 mins late the first tune and more than an hour late the next time. They didn't even try contacting us really both the times and were lost in spite of our workplace being easily accessible and present on Google Maps. Wouldn't really recommend this place for delivery. If one is looking for the usual Domino's pizza, this isn't a bad option but I wouldn't really opt for it unless one wants to cash in on the cheap pizzas...

Almost every time we order here, they either forget something or the delivery guy is rude or looks at me in a way that makes me very uncomfortable. This time was no different. The pizza was cut terribly in very uneven slices and they forgot the ice cream. Not ordering here again.

I decided to adjust the review and to add an extra star, since they reached out to us to apologize and the delivery guy was kind enough to go and get the ice cream. I appreciate the gesture, however it is a shame we've had such unpleasant experiences...

Very slow at getting food. Ordered at the counter said 15 mins... name appears on screen and says 8 mins, problem is it stays on 8 minutes for much longer than 8 mins. Took half an hour, not a big problem but why not just say it's going to be half an hour. Pizza lovely, staff friendly. Would...
