Having patronized Papa Ben's on several occasions, I must commend them for their great service and product consistency. The times I have been there, it has been with friends or colleagues who like myself, have years of experience in the service industry and who have a certain level of expectation when it comes to service in the F & B sector. Needless to say, most of those expectations have been met and we will keep coming.

However, if you are looking for a quiet, family friendly atmosphere, the place tends to get a bit busy and noisy especially on the weekends. Not the best experience. When we first entered the staff was friendly and attentive. There was only one other table. The drinks were just ok. We waited over 2 hours for food. We did have a big party but multiple of us ordered the same dish and all the dishes came out separately. The food was cold and not very flavorful. As the wait for food got longer our waitress stopped attending to us. We were the only table in the restaurant and we had to ask what was going on with our food due to no communication from staff.
