I really like this place—I come here all the time, and it could easily be one of my favorite spots. The coffee is great, the ambiance looks nice... But there’s one thing that keeps frustrating me, and I’ve been holding off on writing this review (for a LONG LONG time), hoping it would change. Unfortunately, it hasn’t.

The music. It’s consistently way too loud and doesn’t match the otherwise relaxed vibe of the café. It makes it difficult to have a conversation, focus on work, or just enjoy my cup of coffee. I feel like I accidentally walked into a terrible party I want to leave. I’ve asked the staff a few times to turn it down or to change it to something more relaxed, but it’s usually met with resistance, and nothing changes.

This place would be so much better if the music actually matched its cozy atmosphere. A small adjustment—a more laid-back playlist and lower volume—would make a huge difference. I truly love coming here, and I’m writing this in the hope that my voice (and the voices of many friends who stopped coming because of the music) will be heard. Please!! :))

P.S. Fabrika in the Center manages to get it just right—no music issues there (usually), and the vibe is much more in tune with a relaxed café experience. It shows how a little change can make a...

You need to know this! You might have a specific coffee shop in Sarajevo that you like a lot, but you might be extremely surprised after visiting this one (if you’ve never visited it before). Usually I drink a decaf coffee and usually it’s not a very delicious cup of ☕️. But here decaf cappuccino with coconut milk was just amazing! My husband had a regular macchiato and he was surprised how good it was. The atmosphere is so cozy, a music was very relaxing. We loved that people are not allowed to smoke inside of the coffee shop, but only outside. The barista was very friendly, a professional who knows and loves his job. The waiter spoke English to us and he was extremely friendly and helpful from the very second we entered the cafe. We wish you the best, guys, and see you again soon! Cool, cozy place suitable for both work and catching up with friends!

Love the coffee and ice cream, but it’s the staff that brings it all together. Everyone is great, but I have to highlight Selma and Aldin for their consistently friendly and welcoming attitude!

Also, shoutout to the girl with short hair (I’m not sure what her name is, but she’s really attentive and makes excellent coffee).

One small suggestion:

The music is in line with the general vibe of the place most of the time, but there are occasional random switches to early 2000s club hits. It can be a bit distracting when you're trying to work or have a conversation, even if you enjoy the songs...
