Paper Moon is an excellent restaurant that delivers on both quality and atmosphere. From the moment you walk in, the ambiance feels welcoming and stylish without being pretentious. The menu is thoughtfully curated, offering a great balance of classic and modern dishes, and everything we tried was absolutely delicious — fresh ingredients, beautifully presented, and full of flavor.

The service is another highlight. The staff are attentive, professional, and genuinely friendly. They’re happy to make recommendations and ensure that every guest feels taken care of, without hovering or rushing the experience. It's clear they take pride in what they do.

The restaurant also has a lovely outdoor seating area that’s perfect on warm days, as well as a designated zone for smokers, which is well-separated and doesn’t interfere with the main dining space. It adds to the flexibility and comfort of the overall experience.

There’s parking available directly in front of the restaurant, which is a big plus in this area — though it can be difficult to find a free spot during busy hours, so it’s worth arriving a bit earlier if you're driving.

Paper Moon, its not just place to eat;its place to feel ♡ Here, you willll find experience, tradition and a reminder of how true hospitality should feel. Every detail is thoughtfully curated and the team that delivers these culinary wonders to the table does so with grace, professionalism, and a warmth that soothes even the most demanding gourmets. At the end of last year, we had the chance to recharge both body and soul in Sarajevo and to this day, our taste buds remember The Steak, quite possibly the best we've had anywhere in Bosnia and Herzegovina. Perfectly cooked, full of flavor, and elegantly presented. It didn't survive enough to make a photo. We started with a warm mushroom and cheese bruschetta: rich, earthy, and perfectly balanced on crispy bread. At least, we photograph it 😅

If there was one minor note, it would be that the espresso cups could have been warmer to enhance the final sip. Still, in the grand scheme of what Paper Moon offers, this is a tiny detail in an otherwise outstanding experience. Can't wait to...

We ordered two steaks one hour before iftar to be well done with grilled vegitables (without any oils) They served the steaks red from inside and with fried potatos when I asked the waiter he said the vegitables are grilled and the potato is baked (baked is deeply fried in their dictionary!) I asked them to change it, then he came again asking me if I want rice instead!!! After all of this they brought other kinds of vegitables which I don't eat. Moreover, we ordered bread with olive oil and when they serve it they took the complimentory bread that they put on the table earlier!!
