Anatolia — Restaurant in City of Sarajevo

As we walked in aircondition was not in function at all. It was extremly hot inside altough they provided fans to cool down a bit but it didnt help. As we sat down at one of the tables some friend of the owner was extremly rude and careless that we sat down at the table ready to order food. He turned the fan away from us and focused it on himself and one of the managers that was doing accounting at first table as you come into the restaurant from the back part directly from the parking lot. I asked the waitress several times to help us out with the fan but our request was ignored at least 3 times and never granted. I guess as long as the manager and his friend were cooled down the customers were ignored and not taken care off. Food portions were little altough expensive but tasted pretty good. I ordered lahmacun, icli köfte, coban salad, hummus. The lahmacun dough is thin and very tasty. I'm not sure, but the salads may use corn or sunflower oil instead of olive oil. I didn't like the hummus, the vinegar taste is dominant. The coban salad is very good, it would be more delicious if it could be prepared with lemon and olive oil. I loved the icli köfte, it was very tasty. The Turkish tea was also nice. I will try their desserts next time. The dining room is large and spacious, but the weather is already cold in the winter months and the constant opening and closing of doors cools the atmosphere.
