I've been visiting this coffee shop in Sarajevo since 2021, and it's always been a highlight of my trips. They offer an excellent selection of desserts and speciality coffee, which I thoroughly enjoy. This year alone, I've visited five times.
However, my experience has been mixed. During my first visit this year, I encountered an issue with the bill. The waiter, who had a beard, charged me more than the prices listed on the menu. He claimed the bill printer was broken and that the prices had changed, but they hadn't had time to update the menu. Wanting to avoid any embarrassment and being a loyal customer, I paid the amount.
The next three visits were smooth, with no issues when getting the bill. But on my final visit, I encountered the same bearded waiter and the same problem with the bill. This repeated issue left a negative impression.
Overall, the coffee shop has a great atmosphere and offers delicious coffee and desserts. However, my experiences with the bearded waiter were disappointing and detracted from the overall experience. The two other baristas, who did not have beards, provided excellent service and handed the bill before I asked hassle-free. If you visit, be mindful of the staff, as it can significantly impact your experience.

The vibe here is super chill. People are incredibly friendly—especially the barista (shoutout to Abdullah and Almin, you guys made my morning!). I spent about two hours just sitting with my coffee, watching the world go by, reading and writing, and taking in the calm morning energy.
If you’re looking for a peaceful spot with good coffee and even better vibes, this is it. A little corner of cejf in the best...
Read moreI showed up here, based on the reviews, expecting to order hand brewed specialty coffee. Unfortunately the waiter didn't sound like he understands much about coffee nor English, I asked him what kind of hand brew do they offer (v60 / chemex) to which he looked confused, then I asked what beans are available, he said Brazil then said no Italy...since when does Italy grow coffee? I ended up just ordering a flat white instead.
The non smoking area was stuffy and smelled of smoke anyway so decided to sit outside which was empty in the morning, but eventually filled up with smokers so that was my...
