Four Seasons Penthouse Restaurant — Restaurant in City of Sarajevo

The waiter is extremely kind and very polite. It has large dining space indoor and may take some space outdoor too if the weather is warmer. Very nice place to meet up with friends. You have SCC bright lights view during night.

About the food, as like some other places around Bosnia, it is a bit difficult to get correct medium or medium well beef steak. It tends to come in well done. As well as the veal steak, which I expect to be soft and moist than the beef steak. It turns out to be 3 thin slices of a bit rough overly cooked veal with salty white sauce. I should ask first. My bad. The plating is a bit too decent for a fine dining concept

However, I must complement the pana cotta with berries. It just as perfect as what I have imagined. Sweet and sour taste so perfect if you a bit not in the mood with something sweet. Surely will reorder...

Atmosphere: pop, soul ish and jazzy. Tranquille. A lot of flowers. Good space and a terrace, thus it's easy to avoid heavy smoke. The view is trafic and a shopping sentre with an enormous commercial screen, but yet Sarajevo doesn't have a lot of spaces like this: Inside it is wery nice! The linguine with turkeys was high quality. Enough of truffles, so you get the cold, nutty and umami taste all the way. Fresh linguine. Plus for having the turkey on the grill. The only thing I really miss is some acid on the side to balance the rest. I'm strict because the place is quite pricy. The broccoli soup was homemade, but iI think it lacked spices and effor. The Gorgonzola was switched out by milk cream. I expect more due to the prices here, but it's not a bad...

Very long waiting time! We waited 20 minutes for the menu and nearly 30 minutes for a bottle of wine. So we were already sitting 50 minutes in the restaurant before receiving the bottle. There were 4 other tables occupied of them 3 already eating there main dish so there was no stress for the waiter. After I let my partner speak in Bosnian the waiter started to be friendly and ask if we need something and we got our food very fast.
