Pivnica Sarajevo — Restaurant in City of Sarajevo

I don't know what happened but I really didn't feel welcomed here.

The place was busy, almost full, but they still let us sit. They immediately asked us what we want without giving us any menu, so we ordered beer and asked for food menu. There were people eating around and cutlery was on the tables so it doesn't look they do not serve food anymore. We never get it. We finished our drinks and there was nobody to bring us more or to pay to. So we went to a bar to pay, they said there is no service there on the bar (well, there basically wasn't any service anywhere). After a while we were able to pay and left. Terrible experience.

If you are looking for a food poisoning, this is your go to place. After attending a specially organised event here, all guests got food poisoning. Unfortunately, this isn't even the worst thing. The food was bad, not even remotely close to what was promised to be served, the service was bad, with rude waiters, and the 4 course dinner was served in an hour, in order to make the guests leave before the screening of football match. We chose this place because of the live music and were lured in by the glowing Google reviews praising its rich menu and delicious dishes. However, when we arrived, we were told none of the food was available. ‘We have live music but no food,’ they said. The only offerings were a charcuterie board with cured meats and cheese.
