Restaurant Review: An Incredible Experience

I had the pleasure of visiting a wonderful restaurant in Paraty recently and I would like to share my experience. The restaurant offers sophisticated dishes and excellent service. Additionally, they have a mezzanine with a tree, adding a special touch to the ambiance, which is very pleasant and features ambient music.

This place is perfect for both a family meal and a romantic date. The atmosphere is charming and provides a very enjoyable atmosphere. Furthermore, the restaurant has excellent prices, which makes the experience even more satisfying.

I would like to especially highlight the exceptional service from the staff, particularly our waiter Alonsio. His friendliness and professionalism contributed to making our experience even more incredible. The care and attention he dedicated to our service were truly remarkable.

I must mention that I am already looking forward to returning to Paraty and visiting this restaurant again. I highly recommend everyone in the area not to miss the opportunity to have a meal at this enchanting place.

In summary, my experience at this restaurant was simply wonderful. From the sophisticated food to the pleasant ambiance, and the exceptional service from Alonsio, everything contributed to a memorable meal. I cannot wait to...

This afternoon discovered Zen Mongolian's Hall. Enjoyed a delicious Chopp Artesenal IPA beer. The menu looked great and the restaurant full of atmosphere. We returned that night for dinner. Fantastic menu choices from burgers to gourmet meal. My choice was Boar Bait with Honey. Truly delicious. The Menu was available in English and other language. And some very enjoyable Brazilian live music. Very friendly helpful staff including  Natália, the Manager. Recommend this  place 100%

Inicialmente as mesas na rua nos chamaram atenção, lugar bonito, tudo parecia bem, porem a experiência até o final foi catastrofica...chegamos e fomos atendidos por uma menina muito educada, tirando o fato de termos que chamar umas 10 vezes porque ninguém chegava para atender a mesa, fizemos nosso pedido e aguardamos, após 1:30 ( acreditem, 1:30) fomos informados que não tinham o prato que pedimos...tivemos que pedir outro prato...que demorou mais uma hora pra ficar pronto (parcial), a tendente estava com vergonha de olhar na nossa cara, dessa forma não sabíamos o que fazer, fui pedir para verificar o que estava acontecendo, afinal estávamos passeando e não queríamos estresse... A cozinha estava meio bagunçada, foi a resposta, não terminou...foi servido os principais sem os acompanhamentos, sem talheres, sem pratos, apenas o principal (lula e camarão com legumes) ficamos comendo COM AS MÃOS porque estávamos morrendo de fome, quando não conseguimos mais, fui pedir talheres, meia hora mais ou menos chegou os talheres e o arroz e salada...pq pedi.. tudo isso sem estresse...até para pagar a conta fui até alguém pq não conseguiria pagar se não fosse atrás, na nota estava cobrando as 2 primeiros pratos que pedimos e depois de UMA HORA E MEIA foi cancelado pois não tinha, pedi para tirar...foi feito....e não acabou....kkkk... Quando efetuei o pagamento, notei que o garçom havia cobrado 10 vezes o valor das conta no débito...eu erradamente digitei a senha sem ver o valor direto, foi um transtorno para cancelar a compra...esperei 3 horas a comida e paguei 10x mais caro.. só eu mesmo... Enfim, após tudo isso consegui ir para pousada descansar... experiência terrível com restaurante...dei nota 1 em virtude dos drinks que são legais e vieram rápidos. E não posso...
