So i went to day with my brother , we're from Boston and we absolutely loved the food here . Full transparency the service was a little lack luster but management spoke to us and helped us out so its good to know that they have people that pay attention there . The servers , I'll be honest, were a little lack luster , got our orders wrong a couple of times and didnt give us the drinks we asked for .but when the food did come it was amazing , seriously I understand why this is thr best burger in curitiba . But yeah , that's the big reason i can't give it the full 5 stars . The service was a little lack luster , but hey we did go in on December 23rd so the holidays have to be taken into account here , although it really was not all that busy. Truly the best burger. Worst service I have seen in my life. Waiters don't offer refills, don't even show an elderly grandmother where to look for something in the menu. They serve drinks at the table and leave without serving it to any individual in particular. We were served sausage to share, plates came 5minutes later and the cutlery another 5 minutes later..

We ask for a kids seat for a 6 month old and waited 30 minutes.

Sausage was cold by then. We weren't ever offered dessert!! So much lost sales in this building. Staff needs...

Good food as usual... ...but at 5pm in a weekly day it seems the staff is a kind of trainee crew. Missing orders, misunderstanding notes and we were not really lucky: a summer storm put down the energy, so the draft beer was not in it best. Asked for the bill and, surprise! The parking fee, expensive, instead of one hour came as three hours (actually, 3 x one hour), a clear situation of "trainee job" with no supervisor on it.
