I’ve passed by Flo in the very first night I was in Trancoso and a very kind and friendly hostess guided me through their menu and philosophy! We went back there then two nights later and we had an amazing experience. The service is spotless! Servers very well knowledgeable with a nice and friendly atmosphere! I highly recommend Flô as your dinner destination if you want a special and outstanding night at the Quadrado! I’ve also had the chance to spend the day at their Beach Club and love the fact that there were very creative elaborating two different menus. Hands down for their sea food on the beach! And their steak in the restaurant is an absolute dream! I travel all over the world and their food is hard to be beaten! Fui ao Flô quinta, dia 25/01. Chegamos 21:30. Tive ótima indicação do lugar e fui com mais 3 pessoas . Pedimos um vinho e entradas . Antes de acabar as entradas, 22:20, o garçom pergunta se queremos algo da cozinha pq iria fechar em 20 minutos. O vinho estava na metade . Ficamos sem saber o que fazer. No Google o horário de fechamento do restaurante é 00:00. Não satisfeita, uma funcionaria que nem estava nos atendendo veio a mesa e perguntou novamente se íamos jantar logo. Nos sentimos pressionados e incomodados e pedimos a conta antes de acabar o vinho. Uma Pena pq o ambiente é agradável, as entradas maravilhosas . Camarão ao alho e burrata. Fiquei frustrada pq o atendimento quebrou a experiência . O principal o restaurante tem : comida boa . Mas nenhum lugar sobrevive se a equipe não estiver em sintonia com a proposta. While the food was adequate this place has a serious identity issue, they need to decide if they want to a restaurant or a night club. dinning with 95 decibel blasting your ears is equivalent to eating with a motocross bike blasting your brains whilst you try to eat and guess what the guests around the table are trying to say.
