Molinaretto Cucina Arraial — Restaurant in Região Geográfica Imediata de Eunápolis - Porto Seguro

Sadly disappointing. We were hyped up by the person promoting it at the door and I was enticed by the large number of vegan options available, which is rare in this part of Brazil. My partner was excited to try the Filet Mignon Parmigiana, which they said is the best in Bahia. Sadly, it did not live up to the hype. First the food took over an hour to arrive, without explanation or updates. I went for the Vegan White Bean Feijoada, which a feijoada it was NOT - just beans with overcooked vegetables, no flavour or seasoning apart from salt. If you know what a feijoada is you’d know it is not right to call it that. The Parmigiana was just ok, nothing special. Quite pricey for what it was. I would have given it one star, but the atmosphere is lovely and the staff were lovely and attentive, though they seemed to be rushed off their feet. Food was not good,...

We arrived on Arraial D’Ajuda on February 9-2022. We come here 4 times a year. The Pousada we stay at suggested this restaurant. ( Erica ) Arraial Suites. We came and the service was exceptional. 👍 The food did take a long time but it was tasty and good. 👍 This is the only restaurant that has a buzzard on the table to call for the waiters. Já que o proprietário respondeu dizendo que minha avaliação sobre o restaurante foi “genérica” estou editando meu comentário para ser bem específica!

Caro proprietário: venho de uma cidade muita mais turística que Arraial, então digo com propriedade que o PÉSSIMO atendimento do restaurante não se justifica pela data! Se não vocês não tem condições de atender bem os clientes devido ao grande movimento, restrinjam a quantidade de atendimento para que pelo menos os clientes que estejam na casa tenham uma boa experiência!

Segundo, a comida era HORROROSA! E vendo as avaliações sobre o restaurante, eu infelizmente, não sou a única com esse pensamento! Um restaurante supostamente “italiano” que nao sabe fazer um risoto! A carne era de segunda (apesar de dizerem que era filé mignon), uma quantidade ABSURDA de queijo que deixou o risoto nojento, e pra complementar não era arroz arbóreo!

De quatro pessoas na mesa, NINGUÉM comeu a comida! Infelizmente, saímos com fome do restaurante!

E pra fechar: pedimos algumas bebidas que os garçons esqueceram de nós levar (apesar de termos lembrados os garçons repetidamente) ainda colocaram na conta (que obviamente foi revista por nós antes de pagarmos).

A gerente é uma senhora muito educada e gentil, mas ainda assim, mesmo diante da nossa reclamação nos cobrou integralmente pela PÉSSIMA COMIDA!

E para finalizar: o retorno do restaurante ao meu comentário, mostra justamente a falta de qualidade no atendimento! Era melhor vocês terem ver o que aconteceu, antes de responder...
