UMI Sushi — Restaurant in Região Geográfica Imediata de Maceió

This was my first time dining at UMI Sushi and I couldn’t be more pleased. My party of seven decided to go for the “rodízio” (all you can eat) and every single dish we ordered was delicious and carefully crafted. We lost count of how many different types of sushi, sashimi, and nigiri we ate. We also ordered several drinks and they were also very tasty, but the star of all the drinks we had was the eccentric one. We also ordered a couple of desserts and again, everything was delicious.

Our server, Dyana, was the best. She was extremely sweet and patient with us by taking careful notes on what and how everyone wanted on their drinks and food. A shoutout to Henrique for helping Dyana with our large group and chaotic table orders. He made us laugh and was extremely sweet.

The atmosphere is interestingly charming and very welcoming. The doormen and valet helped us get out of the car, took care of our vehicle, and directed us to our host. We were promptly greeted and seated. The interior decor is sophisticated but not intimidating.

O sushi tem preço elevado porém condiz com a qualidade das peças e com a exclusividade de cada prato.. além do ambiente também ser bastante agradável com DJ que toca música ambiente e de boa qualidade!

Porém, no dia em que visitamos o sushi chegamos às 19:30.. pedimos entrada e algumas peças e o intervalo entre um pedido e outro chegou a 50 minutos.. entendo que a casa estava lotada, mas 50 minutos por um sashimi de salmão beira o incompreensível, apenas cortar o salmão e servir, o que nos deixou bastante chateados.. Além da demora em outras peças que chegaram a 30.. 40 minutos!!

A própria garçonete reconheceu a demora e tentou agilizar, porém mesmo assim ainda demorou! Além de ouvirmos também reclamações de mesas próximas com relação a demora!

Chegamos por volta das 19:30 e saímos às 22:40.. o que era pra ser um jantar relativamente rápido demorou mais de 3 horas!

Espero que esse fato tenha acontecido só comigo, pois o ambiente é bastante agradável e a comida boa!
