A very cheap restaurant in the center. They have 3 categories: traditional meals for 15 reals , business meals for 20 reals and special meals for 25. Every dish comes with beans, plain rice, pasta with a bit of seasoned oil and salad. But it's all in one bowl. And the salad is not a salad per se. It's just some salad leaves with a cooked potato and cooked carrot on top. The other day I went there it was stripes of green cabbage and cucumber. I recommend not to expect consistency :D. Read moreIt hurts me to see that such a quaint and pretty restaurant has got a service which does not meet its requirements. Unfortunately, it is a typical "Bahia" service, horrid! The restaurant has about 5 people working as "front of house", instead of them concentrating on providing a good service, they discuss personal matters, football, novelas, break ups and much more. I understand them fluenty being Brazilian. I reckon they only know how to sell beer and nothing else.
On the positive side; after waiting nearly 90 minutes for my food, it paid off. The food is cooked fresh on clay pot. So, if you have in mind that you'll order and wait long for your food and it won't matter to you, then the food...
