A very cheap restaurant in the center. They have 3 categories: traditional meals for 15 reals , business meals for 20 reals and special meals for 25. Every dish comes with beans, plain rice, pasta with a bit of seasoned oil and salad. But it's all in one bowl. And the salad is not a salad per se. It's just some salad leaves with a cooked potato and cooked carrot on top. The other day I went there it was stripes of green cabbage and cucumber. I recommend not to expect consistency :D. The second time we were 3 people and ordered the same dish (steak and fries from the business category). One friend had everything right (rice, salad, beans, pasta), me and the other friend had no salad and I had almost no pasta and no beans. But the owner is very nice and tries to help as much as he can.

It hurts me to see that such a quaint and pretty restaurant has got a service which does not meet its requirements. Unfortunately, it is a typical "Bahia" service, horrid! The restaurant has about 5 people working as "front of house", instead of them concentrating on providing a good service, they discuss personal matters, football, novelas, break ups and much more. I understand them fluenty being Brazilian. I reckon they only know how to sell beer and nothing else. On the positive side; after waiting nearly 90 minutes for my food, it paid off. The food is cooked fresh on clay pot. So, if you have in mind that you'll order and wait long for your food and it won't matter to you, then the food will pay it off

Incredible. Probably the best meal my girlfriend and I have had in Salvador. The staff was fun and warm, the caju juice was delicious, the food was fresh!!! We could really taste the love. We really appreciate you all, family. Sending you our love from Atlanta and Recifé. 💙💙💙💙💙

Don’t go here - they will try to rip you off.

We had lunch here (2x frango assado and suco de limao and ordered a salad) Salad never came and total cost according to menu would be R80. We were asked to pay 110. Even after protesting. Food is mediocre at best. Location is nice but the shadyness on the prices...
