Our experience here was not great. We were initially served by someone who seemed new, and was running back and forth between us and the kitchen or the manager with any question we had.

Not a big deal, but after taking our order he was replaced by another waiter, and we had to repeat our order again. Not sure what happened, but after being assigned our second waiter and giving our order, the manager came over and got visibly angry with him, scolding him and hitting him in front of us before sending him away. From there, the manager took over and needed to take our order AGAIN, not realizing that we had already submitted it twice before. The disorganization of requiring 3 waiters take the same order one after another was not a good start.

To start, my girlfriend ordered a drink off the menu and was informed that they did not have it, and she would need to pick something else. Again, not a huge deal, but we ran into this problem at multiple restaurants in Ouro Preto where things listed on the menu were not available.

They had various pastels on the menu, so being vegetarian I tried to order one without meat. Seems simple enough, just don't add the meat when making it right? Well after the waiter came back from the kitchen he informed us that it was actually impossible for them to create a pastel without meat in it.

After that, I decided to order potato wedges from the menu, which looked good despite having a photo showing a side of bacon (seemingly everything had meat so I figured at least having it on the side would be better as my girlfriend would eat it). When the order arrived it turned out to be french fries, which looked nothing like the photo, and had the bacon on top instead of on the side as pictured. To make matters worse, they were served cold.

Péssima experiência, juntamente com a falta de profissionalismo e atendimento com o público. Passei em frente e a propaganda era que os pratos eram ótimos, o atendimento era diferenciado, a experiência era única e muitas outras promessas que utilizaram pra divulgar o local. Entramos pela lábia e expectativa que foi passada, o local é lindo, porém ficamos 1h esperando pelo nosso pedido e em nenhum momento deram satisfação de quando chegaria, somente trouxeram as bebidas e o pedido do almoço não tinha nem previsão de chegada. Ao cancelar o pedido um dos funcionários do estabelecimento falou algumas frases como: “vocês vão viajar? Terão que comer em suas casas”, “vão ter que ir em outro lugar, ver se encontram uma coxinha ou salgado”, “a cozinha está difícil, melhor procurar no caminho”.

Minha insatisfação não é nem pelas palavras, mas sim pela falta de empatia que o estabelecimento tem com o próximo, eles não pensam se a pessoa tem compromissos ou está realmente com fome, só pensam em vender seus chops e drinks, com valores exorbitantes que nem valem a...
