Terrible! We went on a Saturday after lunch! The place was empty (only our grup). The two girls that worked there couldn’t care less for us! Nobody greeted neither explained anything… apparently im supposed to know how to order and how the dynamics work! We ordered using their tablet by ourselves as the two girls were too busy talking to each other… One of them prepared the coffe as the other took a seat in one of the tables, I had to ask for sugar, and had to come back for a stirrer. Coffee was ok, one in my group didn’t like what he ordered, but of course: nobody even tried to assist us in ordering! We stood up and left: no “thank you!” No “have a nice day”… nothing! Good luck! Worse service I had during my stay...

Best coffee in Brasilia! I just wished they had flat white and proper cups (not just paper ones). Otherwise great coffee...

O café é bom. Esta no padrão aceitável. O que não dá é o cliente ter que passar por uma maratona de menus e toques em tela para fazer o pedido. O cliente tem que se adaptar ao sistema de cobrança da loja. Uma pessoa que não expertise com o sistema vai se enrolar. É um modismo e abuso. E que nem o tal do qr code.
