TLDR: it is fantastic and you should go now.
Taste: "Divina Lagosta" (divine lobster), "Lagosta Francesa" (french lobster), "Moqueca mista peixe e camarão" (mixed fish and shrimp stew), all options were absolutely gorgeous and delicious.
Price: Around 160-220 BRL (~ 32-45 USD) per each 2-people plate.
Servings: very generous. The french lobster is a small portion per US standards, normal to large for Brazilian standards, and decent for European standards. All other plates are very, very well served.
Staff: very friendly and courteous.
Parking: non-existent of course as this is a walking only street. Expect to park your car in the streets around the place or for around 30 BRL at private parking lots nearby.
Kid-friendly: yes.
Wheelchair accessible: difficult. I'm not sure the ramp is accessible and I don't think the bathroom is accessible for what I've seen.
Summary: excellent, I definitely recommend. I included two pictures...
Read moreI absolutely love their menu - it's a perfect mix of different seafood with a twist compared to other places (that are always very similar) in Porto de Galinhas. The food presentation is also well thought, which is great. Same applies to drinks. However, I was a little disappointed about the taste. It was good but somehow nothing really special - considering its not a cheap place, I expected to be dazzled by it. The entrees were definitely way better than the main dishes. We had the "varal de camarão" (amazing), the mini pastel de camarão (okay), the pulpo arancini (amazing too) and oysters (14 reais each. Expensive). Main dishes: farofada do mar (2nd most expensive dish and nothing really special), octopus rice (good) and the carne seca com nata (not good. Looked more like a goo). The place itself is amazing! Love the decoration and...
Read moreI had an awful experience. While the food and drinks were good, the ending of the meal was just downright terrible. We asked rest of our food to be packed to go. 15 min later - still no food came back. We asked the waiter about it, and he hurried back. We suspected that after that time if he didn’t do it at first, it was probably trashed by now. So we asked another waiter and he confirmed that our food was thrown away and they are remaking it. Alright, great, right? No. Food arrived. It looked messy. I touched it - it was cold. They simply took it out of the trash and replated it! I confronted the waiter about it. All he gave me was guilty look and not even a sorry. I paid our bill of 300 reals ($60 usd) and left. Never again. Food from trash...
