The cheese on top had burnt marks, as if it went under an electric downfacing heater (the smell of which was foul, but I hadn't eaten for a day). The sauce was too sweet, next to lukewarm, and watery(omg that was the sign of poor quality, which I hate ... ate maybe half.) And, I don't inderstand why if I order a drink ... The pastry was from the day before and they just threw it in the oven to heat them up which resulted in them being burned. Then they cut the pão artesanal, threw it in the pan and burned it as well… the filling was supposedly to be real mozzarella but it was not, the sauce was just cheap pesto from the supermarket and super salty. Fui atendido em poucos minutos após me acomodar na mesa e o cardápio é bem variado. Pedi um brunch que veio com pão artesanal, ovos, bacon, avocado e hortaliças folhosas; também pedi um suco de melancia com limão e gengibre pra acompanhar. Levou um tempo pra ficar pronto, estava acostumado com a velocidade dos fast-foods mas valeu a pena a espera. O brunch e o suco estavam muito bons. O suco não é servido adoçado além do doce natural da fruta, mas tem uns sachês de açúcar e adoçante o qual o cliente pode adoçar a gosto. Sobre o lugar é bem limpo e bem ambientado, trouxe um conforto pra mim que estava indo ao café pela primeira vez. Quando terminei pedi um café filtrado, no qual rende mais de uma xícara.
