We visited this restaurant on July 13th 2025, the place seemed nice. We were promptly attended to by waitresses, they took our order and brought our drinks. So far so good. After about ten minutes the manager came to inform me that what I ordered was not available that day as their baker was sick that day so she ask me to choose something else on the menu which I did. After the meal, came the bill, we paid with our card and left. Walking home we realized that they over charged us quite a bit, we walked back to the restaurant and got there about ten minutes after paying, we talked to the manager and she realized the mistake. We had been charged for the meal and drinks we had plus the meal I didn't have . She asked if we wanted some food to go for the same value or a refund, we opted for the refund. She canceled the first transaction and made us pay the right amount. Almost ten days later and we are still waiting for the refund. So the bottom line is we paid twice for the same meal. Once the overpriced and the right price so total, 72 usd for a meal costing 31 Usd in the first place. So even if the restaurant looks like a high standing place they still...

Overall a pretty mediocre experience. Decor and vibes on point and food is alright. But the two times I’ve been here have been disappointing in the context of service. They are slow and it’s difficult to get there attention, and while providing poor service they’ll automatically add service and say it’s not obligatory while also refusing to remove it.

Things I have ordered: Nuggets and Mac n cheese: Nuggets weren’t my cup of tea but the Mac and cheese was solid Buffalo chicken sandwich: Texture of the buffalo chicken felt off. Couldn’t finish it.

Waffles and eggs and bacon: Eggs and bacon cooked well Waffle just comes with two little cubes of butter and overall left it dry and un enjoyable. No toppings like jam or syrup which left dry to eat on its own. I paid for honey on the side. And after waiting 10 minutes with no arrival decided to just eat the waffle before it got cold.

Não posso dizer que eu tenha comido mal, porém também não posso dizer que comi algo muito bom ou bem executado. Explico: certas coisas não deveriam ser feitas como, por exemplo, servir strogonoff com arroz de jasmim (isso não está descrito no cardápio. Se estivesse, eu jamais pediria). São 2 sabores que não combinam e, pior, entram em conflito na boca. Mas esse foi o menor dos meus problemas na experiência. O que pegou mesmo foi o serviço. Enquanto na fila de espera, pedi uma água com gás e uma mimosa. Paguei os 2 itens antecipadamente num valor que já cobrava o serviço (o que achei meio estranho, pois não é exatamente praxe, mas belezinha). Recebi meu drink que chegou em temperatura ambiente e nada refrescante como deveria ser. A água com gás, porém, nunca chegou, assim como fui esquecida completamente pelo garçom que me atendeu. Quando finalmente, fui chamada para ocupar a mesa, avisei à recepcionista que tinha pedido uma água que não foi entregue. Sentei à mesa, pedi outro drink, reforcei o pedido da água e emendei já com o pedido da refeição. Porém, fui interrompida pelo garçom (já era outro) perguntando se eu já sabia qual era o especial do dia. Não, eu não sabia e não faria diferença já que fui ao local comer especificamente o strogonoff que havia acabado de pedir. Mas pela abordagem me senti fazendo algo errado ao pedir meu ensopadinho russo. Na sequência, aparece o garçom da fila de espera "confirmando" que a água que eu pedi lá fora não havia sido servida. Respondi que sim, pois achei que ele estava apenas se desculpando. Tolinha... Na hora da conta, veio o ápice. A água estava sendo cobrada novamente. Informei à atendente que prontamente se dispôs a acertar o valor. Eis que, do nada, aparece o garçom da fila de espera, afirmando veementemente que a água não fora cobrada. Respondi que havia sido sim, fazendo uma rapida conta de que um drink + 12% não somavam o valor que paguei. Não satisfeito, o rapaz mandou - sim, ele não me pediu, ele ordenou - eu conferir no meu extrato o valor pago por mim, pois ele tinha certeza de que tinha cobrado apenas o drink. Mas que de qualquer forma, ele também ia conferir na comanda.🙄 Volta ele com ares de quem ganhou uma aposta 🙄🙄🙄 afirmando que ele tinha cobrado apenas um valor de tantos reais, que não contemplava a água. Nem me dei ao trabalho de responder e apontei para a tela do celular, mostrando meu extrato com o valor REAL cobrado em meu cartão, que óbvio incluia a água. Ele se desculpou, disse que foi erro dele, mas já era tarde demais. Muito provavelmente não volto, pois acho o CÚMULO lugares que, por conta de falta de treinamento ou organização, constrangem o cliente dessa...
