Best pizza in Rio! The quality of the food at Ella is definitely a priority. The size of their pizzas reflect their artistic expression, as the dough is artisanal to the point each ingredient is treated with all due respect. The result is a dough you might have never experienced before: it'll taste deliciously balanced, fluffy, and full of personality. The choice of toppings also gives everyone an idea of their excellent combination, and the restaurant reassures customers that all of its produces are fresh in order to deliver a wonderful experience. Not too much to mention that desserts are on offer on the menu (and each one of them is wonderful), but, in my opinion, best desserts are what we locals call "sweet pizzas", which have toppings like Nutella with strawberry. I mean..., just go for it! The prices are pretty fair for what they offer. Ella hosts guests in a wonderful house at Jardim Botânico, and all pizzas are baked in open fire (wooden and brick oven). There is also the possibility of ordering food online through their website or via their app. Payments will be taken securely, and orders will arrive in no time (and hot!). Ella has not only proven to have achieved perfection in their making process, but have also won 4 food awards on a row (2017, 2018, 2019, 2020). Stumbled upon this place after a long day exploring the city and finishing up at the botanical garden. It was early for dinner when we arrived (5pm!), so we were seated no problem - but there were plenty fo reserved tables. The staff were lovely and patient while I practiced my Portuguese - however they also spoke great English. As vegetarian diners we were thrilled by thr variety of interesting options above and beyond the basics. The quality of not only the food, with the ingredients being beautifully fresh and carefully selected, but also of the service and the venue, we would have expected to pay much more in a similar restaurant in Europe/the UK. Procurei por pizzarias que receberam algum tipo de prêmio de alguma revista e acabei encontrando essa pizzaria, que recebeu 4 prêmios em anos consecutivos se eu não me engano em diferentes revistas.

A pizzaria possui um ambiente bem agradável, bonito, tanto na área interna, quanto externa. Os garçons são bem gentis e tals e o restaurante se destaca com apenas uma palavra "ágil". Nunca recebi meus pedidos de uma maneira tão rápida na minha vida, eu mal tinha realizado o meu pedido e falado algumas coisas na mesa com a minha namorada e a pizza já tinha chegada, estimo que menos de 10 minutos, pois tinha entrado em um assunto meio longo com ela e chegou antes mesmo de eu acabar de conversar com ela HAHAHA. Se você odeia esperar, vá nesse lugar pois realmente é tudo muito rápido.

Bom, agora falando sobre a comida.. É boa, pedi 2 pizzas uma de 4 queijos e outra de Nutella. Porém o restaurante possui pouquíssimos sabores de pizza (no máximo 10) e se eu não me engano na parte de pizzas doces só tem a de Nutella. Os preços são a partir de 50 reais cada pizza e elas possuem um tamanho único, que é equivalente a uma pizza pequena/média que é divido em 4 pedaços. Ou seja, se você estiver em 4 pessoas 1 pedaço para cada, caso contrário terá que pedir mais outra pizza.

Vale ressaltar que a pizzaria também possui bartender com cardápio de vinhos/drinks.

Resumo de tudo, é uma pizzaria legal para ir, porém eu particularmente não pretendo voltar. Devido ao preço e por não ver assim.. nada de mais, são pizzas 8/10 na minha concepção, pequenas e caras. Em outras pizzarias acredito que eu consigo desfrutar melhor com o preço que paguei nessa, consigo mais sabores e consigo fazer mais costumizações (colocar/tirar ingredentes/colocar uma borda com algum recheio que desejar).
