Mizu Japonês e Mexicano — Restaurant in Região Geográfica Imediata do Rio de Janeiro

My friends and I came here to taste the ramen. The ramens looked good. We had high hopes. But after tasting them, we were disappointed. The soup didn't have a taste of broth. It was just salty. The noodle lacked structure, firmness, or taste. The pork was tough to chew and lacked taste. The boiled egg and the shrimps were the only ingredients we felt decent. When we asked for white pepper to sprinkle on, our server had no idea. (While pepper is a staple in Japan. A container of white pepper should be placed on each table.)

Mizu is one of the best Japanese rodizio restaurants I’ve been to. The food is always fresh and beautifully presented, and the service is great. I love that you order through an iPad it’s super easy, with pictures and descriptions to help you choose. It makes it so much simpler as ther have an English version too

The sushi is top quality, and you can watch it being prepared right in front of you. They also have some Mexican dishes, but I usually stick to the Japanese side it’s amazing.
