I went here on the recommendation of a friend from São Paolo who said it served the best feijoada in town. It did not disappoint. The food was a buffet, with several delicious options such as fresh salads, simple garlic spaghetti, some very delicious meat dishes, and of course the main event: the feijoada. There is also a dessert table and iced tea of different flavours included.
I went for lunch twice and the food was slightly different, equally delicious, each time. They changed the meat dishes, salads, and the desserts. The feijoada appears to be a permanent feature thankfully though.
Just a note that we couldn't find the place straight away because the name seems to have changed to Flor (see photo) and some of the information on Google maps is not correct. The place opens at midday every day from what I've seen. I'm not sure when it closes. On our first visit we got there at exactly midday and were the first ones in. But soon after we'd sat down there was a great influx of hungry customers. On my second visit I went at 2 pm and it was much quieter, implying that service was perhaps wrapping up. There was a bar in the restaurant so it's possible that it also opens in the evenings, but I'm not sure.
The staff do not speak English but they were very friendly and accommodating and we had no problems.
To top off the lovely atmosphere, pretty setting, extraordinary home-cooked style (unlimited-quantity) food, and friendly staff, after we paid we realised it cost us the equivalent of about £6 per person! An incredible bargain for some top-quality lunch.

O tempo de espera foi de mais de hora, onde a previsão era para chegar às 13:55. Passados 15 minutos e como o pedido não tinha ainda saído para entrega, entrei em contato com o restaurante e me informaram que sairia em 5 minutos. Passados 30 minutos (50 minutos de atraso) contatei novamente para ver o ocorrido e me informaram que o pedido tinha sido cancelado.
Demonstrei minha indignação e me tranquilizaram falando que iriam providenciar a entrega por meio de outro aplicativo.
Mais 30 minutos de espera (1:30 de atraso) ligo novamente e recebi apenas um “desculpa mas não vamos conseguir entregar, mas envio amanhã sem falta como cortesia”.
Claro que estou até agora esperando !
Lamentável o pouco caso. O cancelamento. A falta de respeito com o consumidor. Me deixaram sem almoço as 16hrs de um sábado, onde a grande maioria dos restaurantes já não faz mais entrega..... e não foi por falta de tentativa e persistência minha ....
